Notes on use
The groundwater levels shown in the BGR application GRUVO in the form of maps, hydrographs and other graphics are based on data kindly provided by the federal state services on groundwater levels. Despite careful examination and plausibility checks of this data, it is not possible to completely exclude the possibility of errors.
Some of the data and content presented here represent forecasts that have been produced using the latest scientific methods on the basis of weather and climate forecasts and climate projections from the German Weather Service (DWD). Forecasts are always subject to uncertainty and cannot be regarded as certain facts.
The groundwater levels at the monitoring sites selected here cannot be readily extrapolated to the surrounding area or to neighbouring groundwater monitoring sites, as the geological and hydrogeological conditions may change on a small scale, or the monitoring sites may differ in terms of the depth of the monitoring site and the location of the filter.
Whilst every care is taken in the maintenance of this application and its contents, it is not possible to guarantee that it is up-to-date or available at all times.
